With photographs as quirky and eccentric as Reema Al Banna, the designer of Dubai based brand Reemami (a well known favourite of ours), her creativity knows no bounds. Collaborating with some of the new faces at Muse, a talent management agency in Dubai, the Swirl campaign featuring the Autumn Winter collection from Reemami’s latest designs narrates a story of aristocracy, glamour with a modern day swirl.
Featuring a collection of designs mixed with textures, patterns and her immeasurable creative flair, characterising the pieces with a backdrop of theatrics, the new faces from Muse compliment the fierce creations by Reemami.

A collection featuring an array of perfectly on trend jacquard and scarf prints with the quintessential quirky shapes and lines, Reemami’s latest collection for Autumn Winter is one of my favourites. Not afraid to offer a more artistic design on a traditional skirt or dress, her designs play with ladylike silhouettes from quirky fringing and embellishment to exaggerating detail in the waist and shoulders.

A favourite of ours is Dubai based brand Reemami. Designer Reema Al Banna creates eclectic collections using interesting and unconventional construction, mixes materials, patterns and textures which are showstopping, quirky and fun for fashion followers who don’t take life too seriously and want to express their personality in a frivolous and different way. 

One of my favourite local designers in Dubai is Reema Al Banna. Her eclectic brand Reemami offers a chic yet quirky collaboration of prints, textures and designs. To showcase her latest AW12 collection, Reemami teamed up with Palestine Children’s Relief Programme to support and bring attention to this worthy cause. They aim to provide medical and humanitarian care for children in the Middle East.

With an eclectic mix of prints and colours along with fringing and button detail, what was your inspiration for your SS12 collection?
For this collection, I wondered how would a modern gypsy girl dress. What would she wear to festivities and to celebrate. It is a sparkly, fun collection with some gypsy glamour and a sprinkling of sparkle.
