The Grafton Academy of Dress Design in Dublin, is a private fashion college with over 70 years of creativity. Based in the centre of Dublin in a beautiful Georgian townhouse, it has an impressive alumni from the late Neilli Mulcahy and Louise Kennedy to Ireland’s newest contemporary designers Emma Manley & Claire O’ Connor.

We went along to their evening of talent, showcasing works from the current students across the years.

Irish designer Claire O’ Connor is one of the most artistic and creative designers that is shaping the fashion industry in Ireland at present. Ann Duggan

Having started with a Little Betty Sewing Machine as a young teenager, developing an early passion for fashion and art, Ann Duggan has been in the fashion business for years.  Experimenting with designs and styles through the 70′s and 80′s led her up the avenue to the prestigious The Grafton Academy of Dress Designing and onto a career with Michel Ambers in Dublin.
