Collecting handbags is just a thing most women do. Big, small. Leather, suede. Clutch, hold all. Tote, Satchel. Hobo, miniature. Having invested in a beautiful collection of bags over the years, they are all slowly but surely making their way finally to Dubai. The latest one to come join was my beloved Christian Dior Saddle Bag which was sadly left behind in Ireland for the last 2 years.

One bag which has been worth every single cent of the investment made in 2005, is a large nude leather Miu Miu handbag. It has served the purpose as a daily college bag, work bag, weekend bag and still has that beautiful strong smell of natural leather as it did when I took it home from Brown Thomas all those years ago. It has travelled the world but unfortunately has shown the signs of it too.
